Friends & Polic

Dear Journal:

Today was rather interesting. Let’s start with my running around; it all began shortly after I began to do all of my running around for the day. You know, the usual stuff – bank, pharmacy, store, etc. And then I went to get Brian. We decided to get Caitlin and go to Subway for a little bite to eat. Shortly after arriving I get a call from one of my other friends. She says that she needs to be picked up at Macomb County Jail because she was arrested for drunk driving the night before. I told her that I would pick her up and began out to get her.
On the way to the jail house we were being stared at by some camels on 16 Mile Road which was amusing as all hell. The driver of the car was … well, let’s just say, ‘the naughty things I would do’. Unfortunately it wasn’t the driver staring: it was those dirty camel girls. I mean, I know I’m pretty, but please take a picture – they last longer.
Not to get off of topic or anything… Anyways, so we get there and she’s waiting for us outside of the jail. She tells us that she wound up blowing a 0.06 BAC level on the breathalyzer. In the state of Michigan the legal limit is 0.08 BAC after a 0.02 BAC reduction. What does this mean? Her car was impounded, she was taken to jail, was patted down for contraband by a MALE officer, and basically was fucked by some dip-shit cop that had nothing better to do with his time other than to harass individuals that shouldn’t be.
And then what happens you ask? Oh, the story gets better. We went back to Caitlin’s house so she could find out where her car was towed to and impounded at. To make a long story short the police basically lost her car; they had no clue as to the whereabouts of her vehicle. Why? Because there was no filed paperwork. But do not be alarmed for we think we may have found the car. More information to follow as it comes in.
So Brian and I went to see “The Omen”. It was a pretty good movie minus seeing the fucking over-head microphone show up in the picture more than a dozen times in more than 6 scenes! How fucking obnoxious! And the ending…well, I’m not going to ruin it for the whole family. It definitely had some “jumper” scenes.
So anyways, that’s pretty much been my day in short partly because I’m tired and partly because I want to do something else.

I’ll try and update more, but I cannot guarantee anything.

Chao!
Dustin
