Dear Journal:

Long time, no see. I'm just updating a little bit. I have a lot going on in life right now, so I'm not really into writing.

I just had my first visit with Dr. Gosse (pronounced Goss) this evening. I will be meeting with him more. He's a Doctor of Pyschology and will be helping with my multiple mental disorders and problems.

I am hoping for the best with this. And I'm sure everything will turn out okay.

I'm off to do a project now, so I'll get back with you later on.
