Dear Journal:
Here's a letter I wrote to Gram this morning. It's DAMN interesting!
Gram:

A lot of strange shit went down at Bev’s house yesterday while they were at Cedar Point. The house was broken into and we know (or are pretty sure) who it was…but the police will sort all that out. The police called Bev’s dad (who does not live there, nor is he still married to Mrs. J) and said that the house was broken into. Whoever it was left the door wide open the SECOND time they entered the house to steal shit and Cody got out…problem is that 2 different people called the house (how they got the number is beyond me considering the dog’s collar was on the front porch when they got home at 1:30AM) stating that they had the dog. They had been getting calls this morning too…around 3:00AM – all hang ups. Someone was in the house while Kyle was still asleep in Bevie’s room (he stayed the night and chased the intruder out the first time but didn’t get a very good look at him) and whoever it was had to have been someone that is there all the time because the dog only barked once. Whoever it was came back. They broke into the house via Jonah’s bedroom window in the basement. They stole stuff and left. Whoever it was…this was planned…there’s no way around saying it isn’t. Whoever did this knew that they would be out of the house for a prolonged period because of Cedar Point. It was planned out. I’m so unbelievably pissed off. Nothing makes any sense at all.
My laptop along with a few other things like my digital camera, that I had left there were stolen. We went to the kid’s house (our primary suspect) and found my digital camera, one of Jonah’s games, Mrs. J’s computer speakers, and other shit that was not his. I called the police and had them come out to the house to see what we had found (his grandmother allowed us to search the house, especially after we turned up quite a bit of our shit) in his possession. Mike claims he is innocent and knows nothing as to how our stolen stuff ended up in his basement/bedroom.
We will be filing reports with the police. I have to be there to file my own report as well because some of my stuff was stolen. We’ll be doing that later on this afternoon.
With regards to my vehicle, I want to take it in today. Please remind me.
