Date with Stepho
November 23, 2005 2:13 A.M.
Dear Journal: I just got home from a date with Stepho. (And no, I’m not going bi-sexual or straight…I’m still gay, but I still know how to woo a lady!) I really enjoyed myself as she did as well. We went to the mall by where her new place is. Then we went to Applebee’s for dinner. And then we went to shoot pool at the local billiards hall. We played 3 games and I won; 2 to 1. I won the first game, she the second (because I hit the 8-ball in before my 14-ball entered the pocket), and the last was mine as well. It works out; we have a 1:1 ratio of winning. We’re planning on going on Thanksgiving seeing as the pool hall will be open. Hopefully we do go because we had the bomb ass time! I confessed to Steph tonight that I really, really appreciate what she does for me. I’m so full of appreciation; I don’t know how to express it all. She said that she really appreciates me driving all the way out there to see her so often. For me it doesn’t matter (the driving, remember? God…now I have to worry about your attention span?). I go because I care about her and sympathize with the pain of loneliness that she experiences. We match each other so perfectly; a true staff of Hermes. Our tastes may not coincide, but everything else personality wise is congruent. In recent events, Bev came to drop off all of my stuff that they had the other day. (Note to self: write Jacquie a letter regarding the fuel cells to the tiki lamps.) I was surprised that she brought everything considering that I did give her my monitor for her computer – but who cares? I got my shit back and that’s all that matters…to me at least. Jacquie had the balls to say (just before walking off), “All you had to do was say ‘sorry’.” What am I to be sorry about? What did I do that was so terrible? And if you dumb Americans want to use the “it’s polite to talk in the same language that the majority speaks in the group of people and/or wherein there are persons of whom are uneducated enough to speak another language” argument go right the fuck ahead…it only furthers how belligerent and naïve Americans truly are. The above is also easily changed into a political debate. It shows that most Americans feel obligated to act like children whenever they don’t get their ways. Instead of recognizing diversity and culture, you say it’s a mixing pot…but you don’t get in. In the end, what are you? You’re what you always will be: useless Americans. I do hope you enjoy reading what I write. I really should start writing again, but if I’m to do personal writing…well, let’s say the shit that’s super personal will go into a new journal that shall be locked away from the world, except for 5 very lucky guests. If you’re one of them you will be sent a digitally signed and 128KB encrypted e-mail message or letter in the U.S. Mail with your user name and temporary password. If you don’t receive an e-mail about this, then you were not intended on being included. If you want to be included, please don’t hesitate to contact me via e-mail. Anyways, I really need to end this journal entry here. I have some things that I need to talk about but hopefully I sit down and do that tomorrow. I need to talk about my living arrangements, my kids, and a few other things. And I was kind of thinking about writing the prayer for Thanksgiving dinner, and should I do that and accomplish it I will thankfully put it up for y’all to read. Until next time, take care of yourself and others.
